To practice the “I-VI-II-V” Chord Progression in C we created the original song
“Ceased, Amorphous, Dimmed, Jilted”. As usual, the title is based on the
names of the chords we used. C (ceased), A minor (amorphous), D minor
(dimmed), Jilted (G). The very condensed “story” talks about writer’s block
and the rescue that can arrive from a well-known, fundamental pillar of popular
music.

All this and more in this video, designed for you to give you the best learning experience and to begin to play immediately.
All explanations are simple and to the point.
We carefully lead you step-by-step in the discovery of your “inner guitarist”.

Ceased, Amorphous, Dimmed, Jilted

It’s that moment when you feel you’re dry
Not a note comes out, it don’t matters what you try.
Then those four chords pat your head and wipe your tears
C, A minor, D minor G: no more fears!
And you’ll never again feel
Ceased, Amorphous, Dimmed, Jilted
You’ll never again feel
Ceased, Amorphous, Dimmed, Jilted
Never again, never again
Ceased, Amorphous, Dimmed, Jilted!
